Situated in Cheadle Hulme, Cheshire; Base Camp was opened on 28th September 2013 by Sir Peter Fahey, Chief Constable of Greater Manchester Police.

Base Camp is the HQ of Cheadle District Scouts and home to 3rd Cheadle Hulme Scout Group, Beavers, Cubs and Scouts.
The Guiding Association is also represented here with 1st Cheadle Hulme Rainbows, 3rd Cheadle Hulme Brownies, 10th Cheadle Hulme Guides and Heathbank Rangers.
The scout and guide groups meet along with a number of local community groups.
Tim Shaw Hall
The Tim Shaw Hall is the largest meeting room in the building with hatch access to our kitchen facility. The room is suitable for all kinds of indoor activities and is primarily used by the Scout and Guide groups that meet here
Eastings Hall
The Eastings Hall is the smaller of our two hub rooms. The Eastings Hall is suitable for a range of larger meetings or smaller youth or community groups, the external door here provides access to the side garden. This room also has a window providing natural light.
There are chairs and tables available in this room should you require it. However the room is not suitable for sporting activities.
Meeting Room
The meeting room is a small room with seating for 12 people. Suitable for small meetings and training sessions. The room has large windows providing natural light in the day times and early evenings during summer.
Parking and Toilet Facilities
Base Camp does have a small car park which can hold up to 15 vehicles. The building also has men’s, ladies and access toilets; complete with a baby change facility.
The Building also has a small kitchen suitable for preparation of catering for events held at Base Camp.
